The reception staff were genuinely nice and always ready to help with anything I needed I also appreciated the cleanliness throughout the entire building The building itself is a beautiful historic structure with lovely period elevators.

The staff was very friendly (they care about your experience). The room was spacious. Breakfast onsite proved a huge plus. I also appreciated the luggage storage option, it made exploring the city easier.
The lighting in the room was a bit low. Perhaps a brighter bulb could improve the ambiance.

The location near to main buses was very useful. Staff was helpful I think. The elevator fit my standard wheelchair. It will not be good for larger one.
The room had marble floor. It was to cold to walk on it, seriously. The breakfast did not have much vegetable choices for vegan I think. I missed some non dairy spread. I would have liked grilled veggies.

the hotel is close to the train station (very convenient!). breakfast onsite was a plus. the location is amazing.
The elevator was old, small, and slow. It was also a bit scary.

the location was convenient near the train station this aspect met my basic expectations for accessibility it was acceptable for my travel needs
the bathroom lacked essential toiletries there was no shampoo or conditioner provided i expected these amenities to be standard in a three star hotel and this omission was disappointing i had to purchase my own which was an inconvenience
